Who we are
PoloniaStudy was founded by Jarosław and Joanna Podsiadło – a family team with combined 40+ years of experience in business strategy, marketing and media. We created PoloniaStudy because we believe every student deserves a safe, supported journey to their new life in Poland.
Our team grew naturally – Canan Ozel joined us through a shared passion for helping students feel at home abroad. Originally from Istanbul, where she managed student residences for 10 years, Canan brings something no agency can teach: the human touch that makes the difference between a student who struggles and a student who thrives.
Jarosław Podsiadło – Co-founder & Strategy Director
Jarosław brings 30+ years of experience in commercial strategy and marketing. As Associate Director and Vice President at Kearney consultancy, he led 100+ projects for 70+ clients across 30 countries. He has worked with Coca-Cola, P&G and Tchibo, and written for Harvard Business Review.

Joanna Podsiadło – Co-founder & University Relations & Consular Support
Media Director at Rebel Media Advertising Agency. Previously 6 years at TVN – Poland’s largest private television network – where she managed acquisitions, development and advertising projects. Joanna studied abroad and knows firsthand what it means to navigate a new country, a new system and a new life. At PoloniaStudy she is responsible for university partnerships in Poland and consular support for students.

Canan Ozel – Student Support & Turkey Relations
Originally from Istanbul, Canan managed student residences for 10 years before joining PoloniaStudy. She understands what it means to be far from home – and makes sure every Turkish student in Poland feels supported, not just administratively, but emotionally. She is the person students and parents call when they need a real human answer.
