Who we are

PoloniaStudy is a Warsaw-based student consultancy agency founded by Jarosław and Joanna Podsiadło — a family team with over 40 years of combined experience.

Our team includes consultants who understand not just the paperwork, but the human side of studying abroad. We speak the language of our students — literally and emotionally. We answer the phone at 9pm when a worried parent calls. We are real people, not a call centre.

Jarosław Podsiadło speaks English, Russian and French. He leads strategy and business development.

Joanna Podsiadło speaks English. She manages university relations in Poland and consular support.

Canan Ozel managed student dormitories in Istanbul for 10 years. She knows what students and families feel when they take this step — not just bureaucratically, but emotionally. She supports our students in Turkish and English.
